Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for choosing your latest book from us! We hope you’ll love it, but if you do need to return an item, here’s how it works.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may request a return of a book purchased from our online store within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • To start a return, please contact us first at admin@havesomefunactivitybooks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

  • Please include the Return Authorization Number with the returned package so we can process your return quickly.

2. Condition of the Item

  • The book must be in undamaged and unused condition—that is, it should not be colored in, marked, scribbled on, torn, or otherwise defaced.

  • Because your books include children’s activity books and adult puzzle/coloring books, we must unfortunately decline returns of any item that has been written in, colored, marked, or otherwise “used” internally.

  • If the book is returned in a condition that does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a reduced refund/store-credit at our discretion.

3. What is Covered

  • This policy applies to full-price purchases of books from our online store.

  • If an item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within the same 14 day window with photos of the damage; we will work with you to replace or refund the item appropriately.

  • If you simply changed your mind, returned items must meet the “unused” condition above and abide by the timeframe and process described.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Unless the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or defective book), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated fees.

  • We strongly recommend you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages otherwise.

  • Please ship the item back to the address we provide when we issue your Return Authorization Number.

5. Refunds / Store Credit

  • Once we receive the returned book in acceptable condition and verify the Return Authorization Number, we will process your refund or store credit.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days from our receipt of your return for the refund to appear.

  • If we issue store credit in lieu of a cash refund, the credit can be used toward any purchase on our website. Store credit processing can take up to, but no more than 14 days.

6. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange your book for a different title, you can follow the same return process above and place a new order once your refund or store credit is available.

  • We do not guarantee immediate replacements, so we recommend placing a new order to ensure you secure the title you want.

7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Books that show any signs of coloring, writing, marking, or defacement inside cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Books purchased more than 14 days earlier are not eligible for return.

  • Sale, clearance or special-offer titles may be final sale; if so, we will clearly mark them as such at time of purchase.

  • Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are typically non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

8. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email admin@havesomefunactivitybooks.com with your order number, the title of the book you wish to return, and the reason.

  2. We will reply with your unique Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping.

  3. Pack the book securely (ideally in its original packaging) and include the RAN in the box.

  4. Ship the item within the 14-day window to the address we provide.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you via email that your refund or store credit has been processed.
